Artesanias Maku is dedicated to adding to the positive image of Colombia through the commercialization of traditional crafts products and through the support of local talent.

HISTORY
Established in 1995, Artesanías Maku paved the way for a new concept on craft displaying that highlights the indigenous products of native Colombia. The name comes from the aboriginal tribe Nukak Maku which inhabits the Colombian Amazon, between the Guaviare and Inirida rivers. Characterized by being a nomadic population of collectors and hunters, the Nukak are one of the most prominent tribes in Colombian ethnological heritage.
